O. Lavrynovych is convinced that "the most important perspective for today is to protect the national production, preserve working places and the rate of the social protection on the regional rate". Nevertheless, he declared that "State Budget has lowered that rate for the current year".
The First Vice-Chairman during the Session in the Odesa Regional Council obviously informed that the main finance document not only does not help the crisis overcoming but might lead to the worst during the crisis uncontrollable inflation increase.
